How I learn Spanish By Myself

spanish dictionary vocabulary
It's important to list down the words. Keep a dictionary at bay  so you can read it anywhere.

I was interested in learning Spanish after I met a friend who was from Argentina. My first language is Malay, English is my second language. Soon, Spanish will be my third. It doesn't hurt to learn something new. If I had the chance, I'll learn French and German.

So, I bought myself a Spanish dictionary at Kinokuniya (Refer to my previous post). It's only RM21.90 and the cheapest I could find. The first thing I did when learning a new language was memorizing its vocabulary. There was no Spanish classes here, so I had to do it by myself. If I didn't understand a word, I would refer to my Argentinian friend.

I divided a paper into six columns. I wrote down English nouns such as books, pen and ruler in one column and then wrote its Spanish meaning at the next column. I list down at least five words a day. Slowly, but surely.
